I made this card for my sister in law and her husband. The stamped image is from the "Summer By The Sea" set by Stampin Up. I water colored the image with stampin up ink pads by dipping a q-tip in water then dabbing it on the stamp pad. I "scraplifted" the idea from a Stampin Up catalog.

Anniversary Card
